Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the date your order was received, for store credit only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

We are a small business and we so appreciate you supporting us! Our return policy helps us run this small business to operate both efficiently and wisely. We hope you can understand that we cannot accept used items back. All items returned should be sent back in their original condition, in the original packaging and with tags on.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item. A gift card will be issued and an email will be sent containing the gift card and refunded store credit.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your credit via email, please check your junk mail. If you have done this and still have not received your credit, please contact us at shop@thebpmercantile.com

 

Broken and/or defective items

Our standard for quality is uncompromising. However, there are rare incidents when products break in shipping or make it through quality checks. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item from us, don’t worry – we’ll take care of it quickly and hassle-free! Please contact us via email at shop@thebpmercantile.com. Include your receipt number, and the items you are inquiring about. 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at shop@thebpmercantile.com.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items include any sale/promo code used or marked down items.

 

Promo Codes

Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If all of these conditions are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit. The item must be in transit to us within 7 days from the day you receive the merchandise for store credit only. 

 

Shipping Cost in the United States: 

Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are over-sized and overweight.  In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs.  Once invoice is paid, your shipment will go out.
